The key protagonists in this documentary, from the Peterson, Lamastus, Koyner and Ruiz families and farms, are Panamanian coffee growers who were instrumental in launching and building the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama (SCAP), and who play important roles in the organization still. They are among those who have been the most pioneering and innovative within the sector, introducing the world to new coffee varieties and processing methods.
